Praise God anyway

This past couple of weeks hasn't been the easiest as I had lost my job over an accident at work. They didn't want to let me go and with favor from God gave me the choice to resign. Because of the accident I had slipped into a shock and was not like myself--they called my pastor to come and pray with me as I was in no shape to drive. My pastors prayed and encouraged then got firm and said you have a choice in the place you are in-- "go home sit in a cornor and get deppressed or push on and praise God in the situation that you are in. God knew exactly when this would happen and was in His plan. He wouldn't give you anything that you can't handle and trusts you with each situationt that you face in life". This doesn't go just for me but wanted to share it with the rest of you as these are hard times. You don't know when your time will come, your job is not your source--God is and so forth. Praise God in all situations. Praise Him that you still have life--if you are still alive then there is purpose in it, have a roof over your head. Maybe you don't have a job and wondering what next--God will still provide. Maybe you are struggling in the job you do have--don't forget to tithe and give your offerings--He gives seed to the sower. maybe He is teaching you to have Complete trust in Him. Remeber the CFNI days when some of us didn't have a job but we still have food on our plates, a roof over our heads and our school bills paid one way or another. He didn't forsake us then so why should He now? Even today as I am working with my parents selling photography I was able to make enough that I had lost in the week and half plus. God knew who would be at the flea market on what day and when and who would want a photo that particular day. I have complete peace in all of this. I found that as I walked through the grocery store looking for dinner that it hit me that I don't have to worry as God will provide. It is a lesson that we all must learn especialy in these times and if you are called to ministry in country or out.
Remember to praise God anyway in whatever situation you are in. Draw near to Him, He wants to wrap His arms around you.
